SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
Provide superior customer service and maintain excellent relationships with line managers, field leadership and CTS partners, while overseeing the collection, accuracy, and submission of all associate information, ensuring integrity and quality of the Oracle HRMS systems and all other systems connected.
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:
•Maintain excellent customer service and relationships with line managers and field leadership and provide professional support. •Maintain extreme confidentiality and security of associate data. •Accurately process high volume of Team Member Action Notices (TANs) and new hires into Oracle HRMS. •Manage associate paperwork for new hospital openings and acquisitions. •Perform daily audits of Oracle HRMS data for accuracy and troubleshoot issues prior to multiple system interfaces •Respond to candidate inquires and troubleshoot password resets and lockouts in Taleo •Proficient with I-9 and E-Verification process in the Occuscreen system •Verify complete background checks in Occuscreen and troubleshoot issues as needed •Administer and answer questions regarding data in Oracle HRMS, MSS, ESS, Taleo, Occuscreen, and AppXtender understanding all models and required documents in order to explain as needed. •Use understanding of system interface connections to answer and troubleshoot questions on system access (e.g. email, Dayforce, OLM, FIDO, MSS, etc.). •Utilize ECM scanning system for associate files, troubleshoot issues and answer questions as necessary. •Document and maintain processes and procedures of daily duties. •Train other Sr HRIS coordinators on Oracle HRMS, MSS, ESS, OLM, Taleo, Occuscreen, and AppXtender systems, acting as resource and troubleshooting issues as necessary. •Create ad hoc reports from Oracle HRMS for Field Leadership and Management. •Produce recurring reports from Oracle HRMS and distribute to applicable recipients in a timely manner •Maintain and report statistics on new hires, rehires, separations, students and associate changes, •Assist with various projects. •Test HRIS, FIDO, and ECM system when upgrades implemented to validate effectiveness. •Coordinate testing efforts with other P&O systems when upgrades implemented * * Special Working Conditions:
•Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time. •Project timelines and work volume / deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job. •Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently. •The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate. •Environment where pets are present.
Experience, Education and/or Training:
•Associate’s degree preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. High School Diploma required. •One-year relevant professional experience required, HRIS experience preferred. •Highly accurate data entry and 10 key skills required. •Microsoft Access experience preferred. •Prefer health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.).
